For PRO•LINE FUTURES, pick one selection from the games list to place a wager. The goal will be to select the one you think can win the group. There are groups available for many different sports and non-sporting offerings. Within the groups, the number of selections to choose from will depend upon the type of group and number of reasonable options available (whether they be teams, players, contestants, or any other entity).

If a team, player or any other type of possible outcome is not listed on the PROLINE FUTURES event wins, all outcomes that we listed in the group will be scored as as losing outcome.  If there are no outcomes listed that you believe will be the winning one for an event where there is no "Field" listed, don't place a bet.  The PRO•LINE team will consider adding additional outcomes upon request.

A Field selection may be offered that will aggregate all other options available, beyond those specifically listed. By choosing to wager on the “Field”, you are betting that some option beyond the selections specifically listed will win a particular FUTURES group.

For PRO•LINE FUTURES, the odds of your selection are multiplied with the wager amount ($), to arrive at a potential prize for your play. In the scenario of a tie for first place in a group, amongst two or more selections, all selections that tie for first will be awarded as a win.

• Tokens will be automatically added to accounts of players that place eligible wagers for this promotion. The tokens will appear under My tokens under My account and under “Free Bet Tokens” on the checkout page when placing your eligible wager. 
  
• Tokens can be used for purchases on prolinestadium.com only (cannot be used at retailer locations). 
  
• Only one token may be used on a single game. A single game includes the sum of all betting markets for that game. For example, you can’t use a token on the moneyline, and then use a second token on the same moneyline, nor the Spread, Total, H2H (head-to-head) or Winning Margins markets for the same game. 
  
• PRO•LINE tokens are non-withdrawable. There is no cash option for this offer. Tokens hold no cash value and can’t be used towards earning another token(s).
• Tokens will be automatically be added to accounts that place eligible wagers for promotion unless the rules of the promotion say otherwise.

4. Click the “Checkout” button (If you are not signed in yet, you will be prompted to do so now.)
   
   
5. Review your wager and click “Confirm Checkout” to complete transaction or click the back arrow or “CANCEL” to return to My Picks.

6. Once you have a retail pick made, you can access it from the QR code icon on the header of ProlineStadium.com until the event has started or it is removed.

Check your ticket before you leave the store to ensure all of your picks are correct. Make sure you keep your ticket, as you must have it to claim a prize.

Check your ticket before you leave the store to ensure all of your picks are correct.  Tickets may only be canceled within 20 minutes of purchase, at the same retail location, and before the start time of the earliest game listed on the ticket.  

Make sure you keep your ticket, as you must have it to claim a prize. 

To win your PRO•LINE FUTURES play, your selection must win its group according to the final game results. Game results are posted here and available at your lottery retailer.

Prizes depend on the odds of the picks, as well as the wager, and vary from ticket to ticket. Odds are posted on the PRO•LINE FUTURES games list, and your potential prize is printed on the bottom of your ticket at retail (or on your Account Statement).
